We collect the information you give us when you request an audit or contact us, plus standard website usage data. We use it to respond to you, run your audit, and improve our site. We don't sell it. If you share access to your Google Ads account for an audit, that access is read-only, the data stays confidential, and you can revoke it at any time. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing brydon@plateauppc.com.
The full policy is below.
Plateau Marketing Inc. ("Plateau PPC," "we," "us") is a Google Ads agency based in Montreal, Quebec. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through plateauppc.com. It doesn't cover information we receive through paid client engagements, which is governed by our client agreements.
Information you give us. When you request an audit, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name, and anything else you choose to share, such as your monthly ad spend, your role, or details about your account.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar tools, described below.
We don't ask for sensitive personal information, and the site isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Our audit requires temporary read-only access to your Google Ads account. With read-only access, we can view your account but can't change anything in it.
We use your account data only to prepare your audit and discuss the findings with you. We treat it as confidential. We don't share it with anyone outside Plateau PPC, and we never use it in case studies, marketing, or benchmarks that could identify your company without your written permission.
You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Ads account settings. Any notes or reports we create from your account data are covered by the retention periods below.
We use your information to:
We only send marketing emails with your consent or where the law otherwise allows it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, and advertising tools to measure the results of our own ads. These tools use cookies and similar technologies that can record your IP address, device information, and activity on our site.
Non-essential cookies stay off until you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, form and scheduling tools, email provider, and analytics and advertising providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us, and we expect them to protect it.
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to a buyer or successor if Plateau PPC is sold or merged, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Some of our service providers store information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries. Before using a provider, we assess whether it offers adequate protection for personal information.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
After that, we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious harm to you, we'll notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec as the law requires.
You can ask us to:
To make a request, email brydon@plateauppc.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you're not satisfied with our response to a privacy concern, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll post a notice on this page.
